Medical Weight Loss Treatment Plan
Our medical weight loss treatment plan is a self-pay-only service. Patients typically experience great results with this treatment plan. Your first visit will include an initial consult with the Provider, and if you agree to the medications and treatment, you will get a lab panel (CBC, CMP, TSH, LIPID, A1C) included during the visit and pre-pay for your meds. Meds are shipped from our third-party pharmacy partner that handles stocking and shipping. We now also offer a 20% discount for patients that pay for 12 months worth of visits upfront!
